What we sell

• Sapakon sells digital information only: contact details of wholesale suppliers (a business WhatsApp number) and related information, such as a suggested first message and tips.
• We do not sell, import, ship or guarantee any goods.

No affiliation with suppliers

• Suppliers are independent businesses. Sapakon is not their agent, representative or broker, and has no control over their products, prices, quality, shipping or conduct.
• Any deal you make with a supplier is between you and the supplier alone.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for complying with import, customs, tax and intellectual-property law in your country.
• You may not use these contacts to buy counterfeit goods or goods that infringe the rights of others.
• You may not spam or harass suppliers.

Permitted use

The details you buy are for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, publish or redistribute them.

Prices and payment

• Prices are set in Israeli shekels. Dollar prices are calculated from a daily rate and rounded, so they may change slightly.
• You are charged in the currency you choose at checkout, through PayPal. We never see or store card details.

Delivery

The details appear as soon as payment is confirmed, and stay available on My purchases with your email and order number.

Refunds

Refunds and replacements follow our refund policy, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sapakon's liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

• We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the day of purchase applies to it.
• These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel.
