What exactly do I get?
The supplier's business WhatsApp number, a link that opens a chat with them, a suggested first message in English (and Spanish for the Argentina supplier), and tips for working with suppliers.
Do you sell the products?
No. We sell contact details only. Ordering, payment, shipping and quality are between you and the supplier. Always ask for real photos and start with a small order.
When do suppliers reply?
Most suppliers are off on Saturday and Sunday. Suppliers in China reply roughly 03:00–12:00 Israel time. Send a message and give them a working day.
What about customs and IP law?
You're responsible for imports, customs, VAT and intellectual-property law in your country. Don't order products that copy a brand: it's illegal.
Can I get a refund?
It's a digital product delivered instantly, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. If the number is inactive or the supplier doesn't reply within 7 business days, we replace it or refund you. See the refund policy.
